We typically ship our beads and jewelry-making supplies worldwide. However, we can't guarantee shipping to certain countries or destinations for special reasons. What is Your Minimum Order Quantity for Wholesale?

Our MOQ depends on the items. Please contact us with the products' SKU numbers to discuss further details about your wholesale orders.

Do You Offer Free Shipping for Wholesale Orders?

We don't offer free shipping for wholesale orders at discounted prices.

However, we can provide a shipping/ freight quote while you quote the wholesale orders. As shipping is a significant cost, we will do our best to get the best rates for our customers.

Alternatively, we can ship the items with your express forwarder or shipping agency.

How Long Does It Take for You to Ship the Wholesale Orders?

Wholesale Orders generally take 7-10 business days for processing. During peak periods, we may require more time. The shipping time may vary depending on the destination of the products and the shipping methods. Typically, it will take about 10 to 30 business days, but we can't guarantee this.

Does Your Return & Refund Policy Cover Wholesale Orders?

Unfortunately, wholesale orders are not currently covered under the standard return and refund policy unless there is damage in transit or a defective product. Please note that all wholesale orders are final.

Please inform us about the damaged items within 7 days of arrival and provide photo and video evidence so we can address the issues.
