1. What This Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather about you anywhere this Privacy Policy is posted, including when you access or use our Services. "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as "personally identifiable information", "personal information" or the "personal data" under applicable data privacy laws, rules, or regulations. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don't own or control or people we don't engage with, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Data we collect from our employees or contractors.

The following chart details the categories of Personal Data that we ( and the vendors we use to perform services on our behalf) collect and have collected, used, and disclosed over the past twelve (12) months.

• Personal identifiers. Name, physical address, online identifier, IP address, mobile device IDs, email address, social media profile IDs, account name and password, photo, and video. From You/ Other Parties.

• Internet or other similar network activity information. Webpage interaction information and other electronic communications and content from the use of the Services (such as search history, which areas of our websites you visit and for how long, screen captures, mouse movements, content entry, which links you click on, and which products you view), browser type, device and operating system, and information about the site you came from (referral site) or the site you go to when you leave us. We may also embed web beacons, tags, and pixels in the emails we send to you to help us understand how you interact with those messages, such as whether and when you open an email or click on any content within it. We collect the above categories of Personal Data about you from various sources, directly and indirectly, including the following:

We collect Personal Data directly from you - For example, when you create an account, make a purchase, participate in a promotion, contact us, sign up for our emails, submit a review, apply for a job, participate in our referral program, or otherwise provide information to us.

We collect Personal Data automatically from your devices - The Services use a variety of methods, such as cookies, beacons, and pixel tags, to enable us and other parties to automatically collect information about you in connection with your use of our Services, such as when you interact with our websites, our ads, our other digital content, or our email messages. Cookies are small pieces of data - usually text files - placed on your computer, tablet, phone, or similar device when you use that device to visit our Services. • to other companies in the Biewell group from time to time;
• to service providers who provide services to us, such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, email delivery services, credit card processing, staff augmentation and contract personnel, auditing services, and other services related to the operation of our business, to enable them to provide services and for purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
• to a potential acquirer or receiver in the event of any actual or proposed reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, or to another company if there is a change to our corporate structure. We may also share your information with others as they conduct diligence;
• to strategic partners with whom we may enter into a relationship for promotional activities or for business opportunities;
• to third parties in connection with co-branded campaigns or joint marketing initiatives, or in connection with certain promotions or sweepstakes you may participate in. To the extent that the promotion's rules concerning the treatment of your Personal Data are stricter than this Privacy Policy, the promotion's rules apply;

 6. Your Choices about How We Use Your Personal Data

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails and text messages. As noted above, we may communicate with you if you've provided us with the means to do so. For example, if you've provided your email address, we may send you promotional emails or emails about your use of the Services. You may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us, which helps us improve our Services. If you do not want to receive promotional emails from us, please indicate your preference by following the instructions in any promotional email you get from us, or by emailing us at support@biewell.com.

You can control certain cookies and tracking tools. Your browser can help you manage cookies. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is sent, or you can turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings on each browser and device that you use. Each browser is slightly different, so check your browser's Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. Since flash cookies do not reside in your browser, your browser settings will not affect them. If you turn cookies off, you may not have access to many features that make our Services more efficient, and some of our Services will not function properly. We also use Google Analytics to better understand how our users interact with our websites. Our Do Not Track Policy. Some browsers have "do not track" features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain features on our website may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop.

We use a variety of technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to maintain the safety of your Personal Data. Despite our efforts, no website, database or system is completely secure or "hacker-proof". You can help keep your data safe by taking reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.

We retain Personal Data about you for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In some cases, we retain Personal Data for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. We may further retain information in an anonymous or aggregated form where that information would not identify you personally.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children under 18; if you are a child under 18, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Data. If you believe that a child under 18 may have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at support@biewell.com.

 

9.  Changes to This Privacy Policy

We're continually improving our Services, so we may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Those changes will take effect as of the Last Updated Date shown in the revised Privacy Policy. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, you consent to all changes to the data processing described.
