At Biewell, we offer several payment options to meet your orders, with no pressure. Please read the following to learn more about our payment options and financing policy.

What payments do you accept?

We'd like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the following payment methods to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously.

Credit or Debit Card via PayPal

We accept payment by credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Your card will be charged once you have reached the final billing page at checkout. We will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account.

We also take fraud seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments by card, you may be presented with 3D Secure security measures. This depends on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.

PayPal

We accept payment by PayPal. To pay with PayPal, you need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It only takes minutes to open a PayPal account, and it's free.

As soon as your PayPal account is set up, you can complete your order using PayPal as your payment method. When selecting this option at the checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Biewell.

Through the PayPal platform, you can pay for your order quickly without additional costs and with security for your order. As an electronic payment, the transaction is done instantly. This ensures rapid processing of your order and faster delivery times. Also, returns or refunds are very quick with this payment method if you want an exchange or return from your order.

All transactions made via PayPal are subject to the PayPal user agreement, which can be found here (PayPal User Agreement).

Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay

Our website does not currently support Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay. We will gradually improve our payment system to provide customers with more flexible payment options. Please check this page for updates.

Multiple Payment Methods and COD

We are currently unable to split payments between multiple payment methods, and we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Do you offer payment plans/financing plans?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer installment payments for your orders. However, we are working on it to make this payment option available to all our customers as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on our website newsroom page. We will announce this if we can offer any payment plans in the future.

Can I purchase products with another currency?

Unfortunately, you can't select a currency based on your personal preference at this moment. Currently, we only accept USD as the default currency at Biewell. We will add more currency options as soon as possible in the future. Please keep an eye on our website updates.

Why was I charged customs and duties?

All international orders outside of the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc., upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Biewell. As the fees can be unpredictable, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on an inbound parcel arriving from outside of your country.

Payment Security

Card information is not stored in our systems and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.

We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by the same level of security as used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. During this process, your data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping & Billing Verification

Please ensure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. If you are having issues with your payment going through, please check to verify that your card does not have any international blocks on it. Keep in mind that some credit card issuers may block transactions outside of your country.
